Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward your existing business line to Romy with a code from your phone, and turn it off the same way. Nothing changes for your customers. If you’d rather have a separate number just for the business, we’ll get one and set it up for you.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Romy introduces herself with the greeting you choose. If a caller asks, she tells them honestly that she's an AI assistant, then gets back to helping them.
What if a call is urgent?

Can she book appointments?
